RareFind SA is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and all orders are dispatched from our central warehouse located at 1 Louis Street, Discovery, Roodepoort.

Delivery within South Africa:

  • Local Deliveries (within Johannesburg): Orders are generally fulfilled within 0–2 working days.
  • National Deliveries (outside Johannesburg): Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days with Standard Delivery.
  • Express Delivery: Available for certain areas, usually completed within 1–3 working days depending on your location.We strive to ensure timely deliveries; however, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery Rates:

At checkout, you will be presented with delivery options and rates. These rates are calculated directly by our courier partners.

If a courier system generates an incorrect delivery fee due to address issues, we will arrange an alternative courier at a comparable rate to the original cost.

We believe in full transparency and do not add delivery costs into product pricing. Delivery fees are charged at cost, and we do not profit from them.

Courier Services:

We partner with trusted third-party courier companies to deliver your orders nationwide.

Customers will receive regular notifications regarding their delivery.

  • On the day of delivery, the courier will contact you via SMS, phone call, or email.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, our team will assist in arranging a new delivery attempt.Please note: a signature will be required upon delivery, and the driver may request valid identification.

Strikes, Protests & Unforeseen Events:

Unexpected events such as strikes, protests, or severe weather conditions may impact delivery timelines. While these circumstances are outside our control, we will:

  • Notify you promptly of any expected delays.
  • Work closely with our courier partners to resume delivery as soon as possible.We cannot be held liable for delays caused by such disruptions and do not offer compensation or refunds in these cases.
