Matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned oak and ex-bourbon casks, this lighter, brighter expression captures the warmth and character of autumn meadows — citrus-forward, honeyed, and subtly spiced. In a pioneering sustainability move, the packaging box and bottle label are crafted from discarded meadow cuttings, making this as thoughtful a bottle as it is a beautiful one.
