Warranty Coverage
Every pre-owned timepiece sold through our platform is backed by an optional 12-month warranty, in addition to any remaining manufacturer’s warranty that may apply. Should the watch experience mechanical failure or stop working correctly—through no fault of your own—repairs will be undertaken at no charge for the duration of the warranty.
Note: This warranty applies only to pre-owned watches. Brand-new watches are excluded unless otherwise specified.
What to Do if There’s an Issue
- Manufacturer Warranty Active: If the watch is still covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty, you may send it for repair either directly through the manufacturer or via an authorized service provider. We can assist with the process if needed.
– In-House Warranty Only: If the timepiece is covered under our 12-month in-house warranty but no longer under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will arrange for repairs, working with qualified service providers or the manufacturer when necessary. - No Warranty Coverage: If your timepiece is no longer under any warranty, we can still assist by providing a quote for repair. If you accept the quote and proceed with the repair, the work carried out will come with a new 12-month service warranty.
Important Exclusions
- Water Damage: Any water damage will void your warranty. Even if a timepiece is rated as water-resistant, we advise against submerging it in water or using it while swimming, diving, or showering.
- Wear and Tear: This warranty covers manufacturing or mechanical defects only. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratched cases or crystals, worn straps)
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Modifications made using aftermarket parts not supplied by the manufacturer
Any issues arising from improper use, including exceeding recommended water resistance
Use of aftermarket components can negatively affect the watch’s performance, reliability, and waterproofing, and will void the warranty.
This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory and common law rights.
Returns Policy
- We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unworn and undamaged - Returned within 4 days of receipt
Returned with all original packaging and accessories (e.g., box, warranty card, tags)
Once received and inspected:
- A credit/refund will be issued to the card originally used for payment.
- Handling, shipping, and card fees will be deducted from the refund.
- If the watch fails quality inspection (e.g., scratches, worn signs), it will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
Additional Notes
- Missing warranty cards or boxes (if applicable) will incur replacement charges.
- Timepieces with cut rubber straps or custom sizing are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges outside the 7-day return period will only be accepted for faulty items—no refunds will be issued for these.
