Crafted by Whisky Maker Polly Logan in collaboration with Jordi Roca — pastry chef of the three-Michelin-star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca — this expression was born from a deep exploration of the chocolate-making world at Casa Cacao in Girona, Spain. Matured in a harmonious combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, Rich Cacao is defined by its deep, indulgent chocolate character, achieved entirely through exceptional cask selection — no flavourings, no shortcuts. The packaging is made from discarded cacao pod husks, a pioneering sustainable first for the whisky industry.
